Welcome to 'The Time Hub'

Updated: Jan 29, 2020

Hi I'm Ellen! Welcome to this blog! Let me tell you a bit more about the 'why', 'how' and 'what' of this website and about myself as well.

✨WHY? In today's world, the level of speed of tasks and responsibilities keeps adding up. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be a challenge and so is making sure our heads our empty by the end of the working day. That is why The Time Hub wants to help you take time to make time, not in order to take on an even bigger load but to have a stop & go, reevaluate your routine and refocus on your private and professional goals.

Last year, I had a big period of time in which I was struggling. Struggling with the number of tasks and responsibilities on my plate, which resulted in a poor work-life balance and very low levels of energy. I started doing a lot of research on time management and systems which can help you stay on top of things and implemented those systems. After a while, I really noticed a difference. Even something as simple as writing down everything that pops into my head already made me feel a lot better. That is why I want to help others apply what I've learned, so it hopefully brings them structure and a peaceful mind as well.

✨ HOW: The Time Hub wants to help you increase your levels of efficiency and effectiveness by offering time management & organization tips and tricks to help you. We're here to help individuals, entrepreneurs, and enterprises with up to 25 employees.

✨ WHAT: Through content, coaching & workshops, The Time Hub will teach you how to tackle tasks like a rugby player and become a master of your own time and space.

My name is Ellen Vandevyvere and I am a productivity coach. This means I help individuals, entrepreneurs and enterprises become the more efficient and effective version of themselves.

Take time to make time is my motto. I want to inspire others to push the reset button on their current routine, not in order to take on even more tasks but to reevaluate their current situation, goals and future plans. This is why I founded this website and company in 2020.

After my Master's Degree in Applied Economics Sciences at the University of Antwerp, I started working as a Multicompany Trainee. During one of my projects, I got the nickname 'The Mitrailleuse' for my ability to tackle tasks quite quickly. I got similar comments during later projects and functions, which made me decide to teach others how to become time & tool ninjas too.

I currently live in Burcht (near Antwerp 't Stad) with my fiancé Jeroen and dog Kodi. In my free time, I collect notebooks, try to go to yoga class and swimming once a week and relax by watching a good movie or reading a good novel.

So I wish you a lot of happy reading and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or to see what I can do for you!
